AFRICA'S MAGNIFICENT MOUNTAINS

For a moment, forget the safari adventures, the crystal clear waters and white sands of Africa, instead think adventure and Africa’s mountains. 

The most popular destination for trekkers is Mt. Kilimanjaro.  Known as the “Roof of Africa”, Kilimanjaro is Africa’s highest mountain and draws anywhere from 20,000 to 30,000 people to it base to climb any one of its six routes to its highest point.  It’s magnificent scenery, rare wildlife and cultural exchanges are the side benefits of their climb.

But let’s not forget the other mountains that have their own beauty.  Can you name some of the other mountains that offer the best treks and hikes in Africa?
