The eclipse will be partial for people in most of Africa but Tanzania will be different. Watch this eclipse from one of the most remote and beautiful corners of the world, where you can do something off the beaten path. Katavi National Park in the western part of Tanzania, is virtually an untouched and unspoilt park where you can enjoy not only a safari, but experience annularity of approximately 3 minutes. Ruaha and Selous National Parks will also experience this annular eclipse.
The eclipse also coincides with the great migration taking place during this period so plan on continuing your safari in northern Serengeti to watch this amazing spectacle.
