Charter airline Coastal Aviation has changed its TZS to USD rate following a new security levy set by the Tanzanian Airport Authority (TAA) for domestic passengers departing from airports in Tanzania. The new $2 and $5 levy (for domestic and international flights respectively), as well as the ongoing fluctuation of the TZS to the USD has prompted Coastal Aviation to reset the previous rate of TZS2250 per USD to TZS2275 per USD.
