Kenya Airways has launched its Karibu Premium Service, described by the airline as “a seamless meet-and-greet service that makes using the airport easy, quick and stress free, with the fast-tracking of guests through airport touch points. This includes speedy clearance through arrivals and departures, help with transfers, baggage and family travel at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi. Ground services can be provided at other airports upon request. There are four service tiers to caters to the specific needs of all Kenya Airways guests: Karibu Platinum, Karibu Gold, Karibu Bronze and Karibu Group & Family.
