Kenya Airways Now Flies Daily To Mogadishu

Kenya Airways will soon increase the frequency of its flights to the Horn of Africa. Beginning December 5th, the airline will run flights daily between Jomo Kenyatta Airport in Nairobi, Kenya and Aden Adde International Airport in Mogadishu, Somalia. Low-cost carrier Jambojet will run the flights on a Bombardier Dash 8 Q400. Sebastian Mikosz, CEO of Kenya Airways said, “The addition of this route to our network demonstrates our commitment to improving connectivity on the African continent, while creating new opportunities for corporate investors, traders and tourists.” Flights will depart Nairobi at 7:40AM, arriving in Mogadishu at 9:55AM. Return flights will depart Mogadishu at 10:45AM, arriving in Nairobi at 1:00PM.
