Kenya introduces e-Visa
As an ongoing effort to enhance service delivery to travellers, Kenya has introduced the process of obtaining visas on line effective July 2, 2015 (www.ecitizen.go.ke). Until the end of August 2015, visas will also be available on arrival, however, as of September 1, all visitors will have to apply for visas online.
Keep in mind that email approval after application and payment will take about 7 days hence visitors coming to Kenya should be aware of this time lag with respect to travel before September 1.
