20th September, 2017 15:51:51

Precision air is now flying to Kahama in the northwestern part of Tanzania, three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

With the introduction of the new service, Precision Air has become the first IATA member airline, to operate flights to the region’s capital Kahama (KBH) – a place that still thrives on traditional industries like gold mining.

“Our new service will save passengers from Shinyanga and Kahama the time and cost of driving all the way to Mwanza to catch their flight to Dar es Salaam,” commented Mr. Hillary Mremi, Corporate Affairs Manager at Precision Air. “This is part of our efforts to improving the infrastructure throughout the region, the growth of our hub in Dar es Salaam, as well as the overall economy in Tanzania. True to our motto ‘You are why we fly’, this new route is meant to serve the needs of our people. It is our hope that this flight will open up Kahama to the world.”
