The Blue Train – the luxury train that travels between Cape Town and Pretoria – will make special stops in the Greater Kruger area for the remainder of 2018 and all of 2019. Those journeying by train will now have the option to combine their trip with a safari either within Kruger National Park or at one of the luxury lodges in the area. The train will leave Pretoria at 15:00, arriving at Hoedspruit at 10:00 the following morning, giving passengers 19 hours to enjoy the luxury and pampering of The Blue Train.

Blue Train travel between Pretoria and Hoedspruit is currently scheduled for October and December, 2018, and July and September, 2019.
