Sheena, sorry for the delay.  Fred and I got back from Africa on Saturday night and have been a little jet lagged.   Thank you so much for your hard work and coordination of our trip.  It was definitely a trip of a lifetime for both of us - one that we will never forget. This would not have been possible without your help.  Everything was perfect.

Hi Deepak,  Happy New year to you. We were sorry to have missed seeing you, hope you are feelig better now.

We wanted to let you know that our trip was fantastic. Everything went like clockwork. The safari was amazing, we saw a lot of wildlife, which thrilled our children. Robbie our driver/guide was calm, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He looked after the vehicle like it was his own, washed it, kept it clean and drove very carefully. We feel he is an asset to your company, because clients like to deal with someone with his personality.

Deepak we want to thank you for arranging the safari, the gift basket and all our other arrangements. We had a trip of a lifetime and want to thank you for your professionalism. “Namaste. We are good and safely back to Doha with very nice memories of Tanzania. When we met Deepak on our journey to Zanzibar, we expressed our fullest satisfaction for the Northern Circuit Safari.  We all enjoyed our Stay in Tanzania very well.  The arrangements made by Rickshaw Travels were excellent. Accommodations provided at all the places were much beyond our expectations. The plantation lodge was very special and should be rated as outstanding. The resort at Zanzibar was also very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the beaches and Dolphin Safari. Last but not the least, our special thanks and appreciation to the driver-cum-guide Mr Edward for his punctuality, patience and good manners.

Overall, the quality of the arrangements made by your agency is excellent. All the services provided are to our fullest satisfaction. There is nothing which we could suggest for improvement. The only thing we did not think of was going to the foot hills of Kilimanjaro Mountain. We did not specifically ask for it. It was our mistake. For future tourists you can perhaps suggest.

We have no hesitation in recommending your Travel company to any of our friends/relatives if asked for.

June/July 2011 (South Africa, Tanzania/Zanzibar)

“Our long awaited trip, arranged by your friendly staff in Dar-es-salaam, started in Capetwon, South Africa.  The trip was "perfect" in every sence of the word. Your choice of the hotel 15 on Orange in Capetown was great.  The wine tour and the tour around the coast of South Africa were superb. After spending 4 amazing days travelling around Capetown, we made our way to Zanzibar, which was just as fabulous. Our safari to the Ngorongo Crater and Serengeti, was another highlight of our trip.  The Serena Lodges are just beautiful and we even bumped into some friends from Toronto during one of the dinners! Sisti, our driver, was smart, friendly and polite.  He took care of all our needs.  The migration of the wildebeest was a sight to behold.  We narrowly missed viewing a lioness kill a baby gazelle. When we spotted the liioness, she had the baby in her jaws. On the third day, it was giraffes at very close quarters, zebras by the hundreds and wildebeest by the thousands. But a few hours later, it was a 45 min. stop with 8 elephants near a mud hole.  For me, this experience capped it all. Aman wanted to leave after 10 minutes but Sisti knew I wanted to stay, so he told Aman "Mama is not ready, we will wait till she says go". That was cute. 

Thanks for also arranging our rest stop in Mwanza.  The resort at the edge of Lake Victoria was just the place to relax.  We want to thank all the staff at the Dar es salaam and Arusha offices for making sure we were comfortable throughtout the trip.

Having said this, I am happy to say that after such a great time, I joined The Rickshaw Travel Group and operate as Rickshaw Safaris Canada, in Toronto.  I now look forward to making other people's safari dreams come true.”

Hey sheena, Thanks for organising our trip to Mara, the camp was a home away from home. Beautifully located and very personal. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful always. We had awesome rooms with view of the mara triangle and girraFfes, zebras, gazelles all around the camp. The food was brilliant it is the first camp I've had jiko pizza like home. Pls thank the entire staff and camp from me.

How are you?  Hope all is well that side.

I have been meaning to contact you, but have been so busy since returning from Africa!!  
I wanted to Thank You so much for all your efforts in organising both the safari and the trip to Zanzibar on our behalf.

The drivers you chose for us on safari, namely Sisti and Boniface were awesome and should be highly commended!  They were so knowledgeable, always displayed utmost courtesy & politeness towards us and the children.  They were always on time, smart and enthusiastic.  The two of them made our safari so very memorable.

Nowadays in this busy world that we live in, it is always so very easy to criticize when things go wrong, but we very rarely find the time to say Thank You, and acknowledge when things go well, and this is the motivation for my email.  I would very much appreciate it if you could pass on our thanks and kind regards to both of them.

The hotel and transfers etc that you organised for us going to Zanzibar went so smoothly and totally without any hiccups or issues what so ever....  I thank you most sincerely for all your efforts and I look forward to the next time I contact you on my return to Africa.

We were 3 couples traveling Zanzibar, Serengeti NP, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara NP, Arusha and the slopes of Kilimanjaro. All your team members who made this picture come true were prizeworthy.

The Best Actress Oscar goes to your tour consultant for her talent, patience, creative and hard work. How many e-mails for weeks did come back and forth and how many times did the program details have changed ? It wouldn't happen, if she was not there. She made everything possible for us. It was a real pleasure to work with her. Supporting Actor Oscar goes to your Manager in Arusha. We could see his smiling face even from his voice on the phone whenever we called him for help. It was good to know he were there. No problem can resist him :)) It was also a pleasure to meet him in person in Arusha. Thanks a lot Mr. Manager

Best Director Award is for Prof. Edu (the nickname we gave him), our great guide and driver. The man with a big and warm heart. What a BIG chance it was to have him as our company. The man who knows everything except saying "No". Edward would bring us tigers from Asia, if we wanted him to show us some in Serengeti :)) All six us adore him and he is our lifelong friend now... THANK YOU EDWARD ! Hope to meet again ...
