First discovered in Ethiopia in the 9th Century, coffee has enjoyed a long love-affair with humanity.  Early civilizations traveled across ancient pathways to trade their intoxicating discovery and the invigorating quickly spread across northern Africa and beyond.  Even today, traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremonies are a social ritual to be enjoyed and savoured.
