Tell us something about you.
From my humble beginnings coming from a middle class family, I am uncommonly self-motivated and a pro-active professional with proven sales and marketing skills.
Having over 24 years of work experience, I have awareness and understanding of the aviation & tourism industry, its dynamics, and the cultural and regulatory factors.
I am a good team player with the profound ability to work in a challenging market environment being practical .
I specialize in practical, results-oriented solutions that drive efficiency and enhance customer experiences. My focus is on navigating challenges with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.

What is your biggest passion?
This industry is my passion. Ever since I was 15 years old I knew this is the industry I wish to make my career in. My passion lies is leading teams, driving strategic initiatives and especially mentoring others in the industry, helping to shape its future.
Its my dream to open a Travel institute focusing on customer service delivery and enhancing experiences for our clients.

What makes Rickshaw Travels special to you?
I have been with Rickshaw Travels for 15 years and SO this is my home, my special place. Through Rickshaw Travels, I have been able to connect people to destinations, experiences and also being able to build some amazing partnerships.

This industry has had a fair share of challenges. However as our Rickshaw Travels Founder – Mrs Prema Lalji always says ‘Crisis creates opportunities’ At Rickshaw travels, I have evolved, matured and adapted to the constant changes our industry faces along with embracing innovation driving a positive change shaping me to be the individual I am today.

Share one bucket list destination.
I would love to Visit Iceland or Sweden to witness the Northern Lights. Its in my bucket list and I hope to witness it soon.

Work with your tour operator on ground so that they can exactly guide you on the local customs , offbeat experiences and give you expert advices that search engine cant always provide. Pack only what you need and eat / drink like a local .Never forget your travel insurance
