Tell us something about you.
My name is Purity, and I’ve been part of the Rickshaw Travels family since November 2013. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable knowledge and experience that have shaped my professional journey. When I first joined Rickshaw , I started as a Credit Controller—a role I truly enjoyed, as it involved engaging with clients and following up on payments. I have always had a passion for interacting with clients, and this position gave me firsthand experience in customer service, including how to handle difficult situations and build lasting relationships.
My time in credit control served as a solid foundation for my growth, eventually leading me to transition into the Marketing Department, which aligns with my field of expertise and passion. I’m currently serving as the Marketing Development Manager, where I continue to leverage my skills in client engagement and service delivery.
One of my core strengths is my dedication to customer satisfaction. I find genuine fulfillment in assisting clients and ensuring their travel needs are met beyond their expectations. I also enjoy visiting clients to gather feedback on our services, as it helps us continuously improve and deliver exceptional travel experiences.

What is your biggest passion?
My biggest passion is delivering exceptional customer service. There’s nothing more fulfilling than receiving positive feedback from clients and knowing that my work contributes to creating unforgettable travel experiences. Seeing happy clients motivates me to give my best every day. 
Beyond my professional life, I have a deep passion for community work, particularly environmental conservation. Tree planting is especially close to my heart, and I’ve had the privilege of organizing several tree-planting drives that involve the local community. These initiatives bring me immense joy, knowing that we are collectively contributing to a healthier environment. I firmly believe that if everyone made it a habit to plant a tree once in a while, we could significantly reduce carbon emissions and restore vital vegetation for future generations.

What makes Rickshaw Travels special to you?
Rickshaw Travels feels like my second home, it’s where I spend a significant part of my time, and it’s a place I genuinely cherish. The positive work environment, supportive management, and strong sense of teamwork make it truly special. The unity and collaboration we share as a team enable us to consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients, and I’m incredibly proud to be part of such a dedicated and passionate team.

Share one bucket list destination.
Santorini, Greece, is at the top of my bucket list. I’m captivated by its breathtaking sunsets, stunning landscapes, and romantic atmosphere. After becoming a mom last year, I’m really looking forward to celebrating my birthday there. It will be the perfect opportunity to take a little break from the demands of motherhood, relax, and reconnect with myself even if just for a moment

My top travel tip is to pack early to avoid the last-minute rush. Preparing in advance helps reduce stress, ensures you don’t forget essential items, and gives you more time to look forward to your trip.
