Tell us something about you.
My name is Pavneet. I love spice in my life — and on my plate! I'm known for being talkative, loud, and full of energy — but that just comes naturally to me. After all, I’m Sikh, and we don’t exactly come with a mute button. I thrive on road trips — windows down, music up, snacks in the back seat, and zero sense of direction but full faith in Google Maps (sometimes). Life’s too short to sit still!
What is your biggest passion?
Travelling gives me life — there’s nothing like exploring new cultures, trying weird (but delicious) food, and getting lost in places you can’t pronounce. My dream is to visit many countries with the people I love, turning every trip into a memory.
Oh, and if there’s Punjabi music playing somewhere — consider it a party. Dancing is my happy place and I don’t need much of an excuse to start a solo performance!
What makes Rickshaw Travels special to you?
Rickshaw Travels is more than a workplace — it’s been a journey of growth. I’ve been here for 7 years, and it all started with graphic design. Thanks to my amazing mentor Evon (who deserves her own TED Talk, honestly), I’ve evolved and found my space in IT.
Rickshaw Travels has taught me more than just job skills — I’ve learned how to read people, stay patient, and appreciate the little wins. I’ve also had the pleasure to mentor interns, pass on knowledge, and somehow not scare them away with my volume!
And then there’s the friendships — The kind of friendships that survive tight deadlines, long days and challenges along the way. A few of those special bonds will always stay with me.

Always pack an extra outfit in your carry-on. Because if travel teaches you anything, it’s that spills, surprise weather, or lost luggage don’t care about your outfit plans or your suitcase might decide to go on its own little vacation.
Their journey reminds us that every adventure-whether in travel or life-starts with a single step!
