BA resumes London-Nairobi operations

British Airways has announced the resumption of its London-Nairobi flights after Kenya lifted its ban on passenger flights from the UK on June 9.

“These direct return flights from Nairobi to the UK will enable many people to reunite with their loved ones who have been kept apart due to COVID-19,” says Sohail Ali, British Airways Senior VP: Middle East and Africa, Airport Operations.

Flight BA0065 departs from London Heathrow (LHR) on Saturdays at 10h25 and arrives at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) at 21h00.

Flight BA0064 departs from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport at 23h10 on Sundays and arrives at London Heathrow at 06h15 the following day.

All passengers and crew arriving in Kenya from the UK must have a negative PCR test result obtained in the 96 hours before travel, except for children below the age of five. All travellers must also self-isolate for seven days upon arrival, taking an additional PCR test on day four.
