• Payment receipt from the government that you have paid TSH 230000/=
• Passport copy.
• Hospital charges for Tanzanian citizens /resident with permit - TSH 70,000/= to be paid at the hospital. 
• Hospital charges for non-resident - TSH  115,000/= to be paid at the hospital. 

The Aga Khan Hospital

• Working hours  - Monday to Friday– from 08:00am  to 12:30pm and Saturday from 08:00am  to 11:00am
• Original passport and copy
• Payment receipt from the government that you have paid TSH 230000/=
• Hospital charges for Tanzanian citizens /resident with permit and non-resident - TSH  130000/=  to be paid at the hospital. 
• It will take 48 hours to get the result at 16:00pm
