Hwange National Park is now home to two new camps. Deteema Springs has seven luxury tents and one family tent for a maximum of 18 guests. They welcome any guests over the age of six. The camp has limited wifi, a swimming pool and a library, and guests will enjoy the large number of animals that call that area home. Deka Camp overlooks Deka Seeps, the headwaters of the Deka River. Again, this camp is for guests over the age of six, with six luxury tents able to accommodate 12 guests. Both camps can be accessed by air or road. Deteema Springs opened on May 1 and will remain open all year long. Deka Camp also opened May 1, but will only remain open for part of the year annually – from May 1 until November 15.
