  • Day 01:

    Kigali

    Upon your arrival in the morning, the driver will pick you up from the airport and drive you around for a short city tour.

    Tour of Nyamirambo
    From the car , you visit the downtown and enjoy the locals go about their daily activities.
    Tour of the city
    Which includes seeing the Convention Center,
    Parliament and other prominent landmarks.

    Kigali Genocide Memorial
    The Kigali Genocide Memorial is the final resting place for more than 250,000 victims of the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda. It honors the memory of the more than one million Rwandans killed in 1994 through education and peace-building. Once here you will learn about The ’94 Genocide against Tutsi, and the overall history of Rwanda including the pre-colonial and post-colonial. You will also get a chance to learn about the genocides and other mass killings that have happened all over the world, at the end of the visit you will have a chance to pay respect to the mass grave that hold more than 250,000 victims.
    Stop at a nice café for a quick bite before heading to your lodge to have a hot lunch.
    Drive time is approx. 3 to 3.5 hours.

  • Day 02:

    Kigali

    Early morning 06:30 am, the driver will pick you from the hotel and drive you to the Rwanda Development board office for briefing and here you will be assigned a gorilla family. You will trek and depending on the gorilla family, the trek may last anywhere between 2 – 6 hours. Post trek you will check in at the hotel to freshen up, have a hot lunch and then proceed to Lake Kivu and check in at a hotel for overnight.

  • Day 03:

    Kigali

    Entire day at leisure visiting the city , enjoying water sports etc.

  • Day 04:

    Kigali

    After a late breakfast, check out and head to Kigali .
    The drive time is approx 3 to 3.5 hours and you can stop for shopping Arts / Crafts / Souvenirs before heading to the airport for your evening flight back .
