Kerala borders the states of Tamil Nadu to the east and Karnataka to the north. It is also known for its backwaters, mountains, coconuts, spices and art forms like Kathakali and Mohini Attam. It is the most literate state in India, and a land of diverse religions, where you can find Hindu temples, mosques, churches, and even synagogues. With world class tourist sporting options, ayurvedic spas and treatments, eco-tourism initiatives, a large number of visit options ranging from beautiful high altitude blue mountains to pristine rain forests to golden sun-sand beaches and an enormous range of accommodation, Kerala has much to offer the visitor.

 

Day 1: Arrival Cochin
On arrival at Cochin meet & assist and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Cochin.

Day 2: Cochin
Morning proceed for city tour of Cochin. Visit The Dutch Palace (Fridays closed), Jewish Synagogue (Saturdays closed), St. Francis Church (1510), the Chinese fishing nets at the entrance of Cochin Harbour and Willingdon Island - a manmade island from materials dredged while deepening Cochin port. Evening witness Kathakali dance performance. Overnight in Cochin.

Day 3: Cochin - Munnar
After breakfast check – out from the hotel & drive to Munnar, Munnar is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams, this hill station was once the summer resort of the erstwhile British Government in South India,.on arrival check – in at the hotel. Overnight in Munnar.

Day 4: Munnar
After breakfast proceed for city tour of Munnar, visit the Tea Museum, Mattapetty Lake. Overnight in Munnar.

Day 5: Munnar - Thekkady
After breakfast check out from your hotel and drive to Thekkady. Periyar in Thekkady is South India’s most popular wildlife sanctuary, encompassing an area of 777 sq. km. Set on the attractive man-made Periyar Lake, it attracts over 300,000 visitors a year. on arrival check – in at the hotel, Evening enjoy boat ride at lake Periyat. Overnight in Thekkady.

Day 6: Munnar - Kumarakom
After breakfast drive to Kumarakom. The tourist village of Kumarakom lies in the scenic backwater area, on the shore of the pleasant Vembanad Lake, 16 km away from Kottayam. Rest of the day free for leisure, overnight in Kumarakom. 

Day 7: Kumarakom
After breakfast  full  at leisure to enjoy the serene environs or go for some exotic Ayurvedic therapies available at the hotel (direct payment basis). Overnight in Kumarakom.  

Day 8: Kumarakom - Kovalam
After breakfast  check – out from the hotel & drive to Kovalam, Just 12 km to the south of Trivandrum lies Kovalam, an uncluttered beach of silvery sands fringed with rows of tall palm trees. on way to kovalam do the sight seeing tour of Trivandruml. Overnight in Kovalam.

Day 9: Kovalam
After breakfast full day free for leisure to enjoy the beach.Overnight in Kovalam.

Day 10: Departure
After breakfast check – out from the hotel & drive to Trivandrum airport to board flight for onward destination.
