On this exciting tour, you’ll visit two main cities in Russia – the capital Moscow, with its stunning displays of Russian architecture, and Saint Petersburg, the beautiful port city on the Baltic Sea and home of the famed Winter Palace.
You’ll also have the chance to visit a beautiful historic Russian farm and village, and spend some time seeing what life is like on the farm and participating in a few farm activities. You’ll have the chance to visit a master chess maker, ride in a horse-drawn cart and even visit with animals at a local zoo.
The tour begins in March because it is still the beautiful winter season in Russia, without the bitter colds of November through February. This tour is perfect for families with children, adventurers, lovers of history and culture, and couples looking for a romantic getaway. This trip offers something for everyone!


Day 1:
- Arrival in Moscow – met by English-speaking guide at Airport
- Dinner at a restaurant, then check-in at hotel
Day 2:
- Sightseeing, including the Kremlin, St. Basil’s Cathedral in the Red Square, Moscow subway tour and free time for sightseeing around famous Arbat Street.
- Dinner includes a traditional Russian Folk Show, celebrating Russian dance and culture
Day 3: 
- Sightseeing, including Sparrow Hills, Stalin’s Skyscrapers, Gorky Park and more
- Visit to Izmailova Kremlin after lunch
- Optional: World-famous Russian Circus performance. $45 US per ticket
Day 4:
- Travel in the morning to Sergiev Posad, with an excursion in Trinity Sergius Lavra
- Afternoon excursion to local Russian farm and village, including a traditional Russian ceremony to greet guests
- Overnight at the Farm
- Optional: A Matryosha painting master class, where you will make a work of art for yourself. $27 US per person
Day 5:
- Day spent on the Russian farm 
- Visit chess-making master class
- Horse cart ride
- Visit to a local zoo
- Optional: Photo shoot in traditional Russian clothes/dress. $9 US per person, per hour.
Day 6:
- Arrive in Vladimir city in the morning
- City sightseeing tour including a visit to Uspensky Cathedral and Dimitry’s Cathedral
- Transfer to Moscow, and then a high-speed train to Saint Petersburg, with dinner on the train
- Meet guide and hotel check in 
Day 7: 
- Visit Hermitage and St. Isaac’s Cathedral
- Saint Petersburg sightseeing tour after lunch, including Peter & Paul Fortress
Day 8:
- Excursions to Catherine Palace, and traditional Russian lunch at Podvoriye 
- Free time in Nevsky Prospect
- Optional: Ballet performance by the Russian Ballet in Saint Petersburg. $108 US per ticket
Day 9: 
- Travel home
