Upon your arrival in the evening, the driver will pick you up from the airport and drive you to your hotel for check in and overnight.

After breakfast, the driver will pick you from the hotel at 9:00 AM for a city tour. Highlights as below

From the car , you visit the downtown and enjoy the locals go about their daily activities.

Tour of the city
Which includes seeing the Convention Center, Parliament and other prominent landmarks.

Kigali Genocide Memorial:
The Kigali Genocide Memorial honors over 250,000 victims of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi. It educates visitors about Rwanda’s history, the genocide, and other mass killings worldwide. The visit ends with a chance to pay respects at the mass graves.

Lunch at Repub Lounge
Repub Lounge is a two-story restaurant and lounge boasting beautiful views, relaxed ambience, African cuisine, and live music.

Post lunch you will can head to Volcanoes National park . Drive time is approx. 2.5 hrs to 3 hours an check in at the accommodation facility.

Evening is at leisure to relax or you can visit the Ellen De Genres Campus ( Donation fee of USd 20 per person payable directly ) and / experience the history and conservation of Gorillas and Rwanda in general.

The driver can take you to Red Rocks to experience cultural attractions like basket weaving, cow milking , bee keeping , Banana beer production , Organic farming ,Traditional dancing , drumming and village

Drive time is approx. 3 hours.

Overnight at Tiloreza Volcanoes Eco Lodge or Five Volcanoes Boutique Lodge in a deluxe room on full board basis

Early morning 06:30 am, the driver will pick you from the hotel and drive you to the Rwanda Development board office for briefing and here you will be assigned a gorilla family. You will trek and depending on the gorilla family, the trek may last anywhere between 2 – 6 hours. Post trek you will head to the hotel to freshen up, have a hot lunch and then drive to lake Kivu for overnight.

Overnight at Lake Kivu Serena Hotel in a Standard room on Half board basis.

After breakfast, drive to Nyungwe .Drive time is approx 5 hours .You will stop at UWINKA center for briefing and to do Canopy Walk before you head to the hotel for your overnight stay.

Overnight at Mantis Kivu Marina Bay on Half Board basis.

Chimpanzee trek this day.The trek starts at 0430AM from the Gisakura reception center and once you trek to see the chimpanzees you will return by 11am or so back to the hotel to have breakfast . rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy the resort .

After breakfast, check out and head back to Kigali. Drive time is almost 6 to 7 hours.
You can stop at Kings palace and the Ethnographic Museum enroute.
