DAY 01: AIRPORT/NEGOMBO: 
Assistance upon arrival, you will be received by Sita representative and transferred to Negombo. Overnight stay in Negombo

DAY 02: NEGOMBO – SIGIRIYA - DAMBULLA
Breakfast at Hotel and proceed to Sigiriya, 
The spectacular citadel of Sigiriya built on a giant rock rises sheer and impregnable out of the plains below. This remarkable 5th century archaeological site is made unforgettable by its dramatic setting. A moat, rampart, extensive gardens including the renowned water gardens ring the base of the rock and the frescoes of the 'Heavenly Maidens' of Sigiriya. Later proceed to Dumballa. Arrive and check in at hotel. Overnight stay in Dambulla
DAY 03: EXCURSION TO POLONNARUWA & MINNERIYA 
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the ancient city of Polonnaruwa. Polonnaruwa is another “UNESCO World Heritage Site” was the Capital of Sri Lanka from 11th - 13th Centuries, contains some splendid and spectacular statues. Later Proceed to the Minneriya or Kaudulla National park for an afternoon jeep safari. This National Park with 8889 hectares in extent is famous for its large population of elephants in herds of 100 to 150 roaming in the jungle and seen in the catchment area of the lake. Entrance is at Ambagaswewa about 6 km from Habarana on the main Habarana Polonnaruwa road. Later drive back to Dambulla. Overnight stay in Dambulla

DAY 04: DAMBULLA – MATALE – KANDY
After breakfast proceed to visit Dambula cave 
Dambulla Cave Temple is a vast isolated rock mass 500 feet high and a mile around the base. Here is found the famous Rock Temple dating to the First Century B.C. Later proceed to Kandy enroute also visit Matale, an agricultural zone in the Central Province, Matale seldom drops off the maps due to its remarkable contribution through flagship crops of the island extending 
from tea, rubber & vegetables to spices. Stop by the side of a spice garden - into which you will be most welcome - and observe the therapeutic values of spices & processes over a refreshing cup of herbal tea! Later proceed to Kandy.
Arrive Kandy and check in at hotel.

DAY 05: KANDY – PERADENIYA – NUWARA ELIYA
After breakfast Check out and proceed to Peradeniya Railway station for your scenic train ride from Peradeniya to Nanu Oya. (As train tickets in Sri Lanka cannot be pre-booked the train tickets for the journey could only be confirmed 24 hours prior to the service date). Arrive and transfer to hotel.

DAY 06: NUWARA ELIYA
After breakfast proceed to visit a tea factory.
Misty steep roads, twisting through lush green blankets of tea bushes in a cool climate, remind visitors that they are within the range of the renowned British colonial retreat, Nuwara Eliya. Augmented by an English countryside atmosphere, the city of light. Once governed by English & Scottish planters - is still studded with colonial bungalows, hedgerows & one of the finest 18-hole golf courses in the world. A hike through the green grass and red-brick walls should present breathtaking views of a buzzing countryside hamlet. Return to your hotel.

DAY 07: NUWARA ELIYA – COLOMBO
After breakfast proceed to Colombo – Colombo is the business and commercial center and the new capital is Sri Jayawardhanapura Kotte, only a few miles away. Visit Fort, the former British administrative center and military garrison, Sea Street - the Goldsmith’s quarters in the heart of Pettah, the Bazaar area where there is also a Hindu Temple with elaborate stone carvings, the Kayman’s Gate with the Belfry at the original gate to enter the Fort, the Dutch Church of Wolfendhaal dating back to 1749, Kelaniya Buddhist Temple dating to 6th C.B.C., Davatagaha Mosque, Colombo Museum and the Natural History Museum are some of the sites to be visited. Also visit the BMICH (Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall), see the replica of Avukana Buddha in front and the Independence Memorial.

DAY 08: COLOMBO/AIRPORT
Breakfast at Hotel and transfer to Airport to board departure flight to onward destination
