Day 01: Arrive Colombo – Dambulla (Approx. 5 hrs)
On arrival you will be met at the Airport. Later proceed to Dambulla and enroute visit Pinnawla Elephant Orphanage. It was started in 1975 to house the abandoned and the wounded elephants. The best time to visit is the feeding time from 0930-1000 hrs and 1330-1400 hrs and the bathing time from 1000-1230 hrs and 1400-1600 hrs when all the elephants are taken to the river close by. Later in the evening proceed to visit the Dambulla Cave Temples, largest and best preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. Depictions on the walls of the caves include the temptation by the demon Mara and Buddha's first sermon.

Day 02: Dumbulla - Polonnaruwa – Trincomalee (Approx. 3 hrs)
After breakfast proceed to visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress, an amazing geological formation that encompasses an important archaeological site. It is declared as a UNESCO world heritage site and is part of the seven world heritage sites of Sri Lanka.  Sigiriya is located in the middle of the tourism cultural triangle formed by connecting the world heritage sites of Anuradhapura, Kandy and Polonnaruwa in Sri Lanka. Later proceed to Polonnaruwa, the 2nd most ancient kingdom of Sri Lanka and the mix of Buddhist and Hindu structures.  Later continue to Trincomalee.

Day 03: Trincomalee 
After breakfast proceed to Pigeon Island Tour. Pigeon Island National Park consists of two small islands and the island gets its name from Blue Rock Pigeon, a native endangered bird that lives within the rocks in these islands. The Pigeon Island National Park has one of the best remaining coral reefs with high live coral cover in the country and is an ideal location for scuba diving and snorkeling. Later in the evening proceed for Trincomalee and see the Fort Fredrick, which remains formidable to this day. Walk or drive into the fort and visit the famous Koneswaram Temple, built atop ‘Swamy Rock’, a rocky promontory cape overlooking Trincomalee.  Later visit the World War 2 cemetery, where the individual graves are arranged in rows and marked by rectangular headstones with the inscription of the name, national or regimental badge, rank, division and date deceased.

Day 04: Trincomalee – Yala (Approx 8 hrs.) 
After brekafast proceed to Yala, on arrival check in and rest of the evening  is free at leisure.

Day 05: Yala 
After breakfast proceed to Jeep Safari at Yala National Park - among the oldest and best known of Sri Lanka 's National Parks and it is the largest agglomeration of protected areas in the country. Later the evening is free at leisure.

Day 06: Yala – Colombo (Approx 5 hrs.)
After breakfast proceed to Colombo, on arrival proceed for city tour and see Galle Face Green, the Viharamahadevi Park, National Museum, Twin World Trade Center towers, Old Parliament Building, Fort district, Independence Hall at Independence Square, and prominent Buddhist, Hindu, Islam and Christian places of worship.

Day 07: Depart Colombo – Airport ( Approx 45 mins Drive)
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home or to your next destination. (B)
