Christmas 2024 started with our flights from UK to Dar salaam then with updates and choices for our trip to Zanzibar, and then to The serengeti to Safari. All we had to do was choose our preference our budget and the rest was taken care off. Transfer door to door the adventure started. No need to worry all was taken care off it was just so lovely how experienced the agents we worked with made this all happen over email. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a few small flight changes and where updated We also had our briefing breakfast with Pooja, who explained what to expect for our safari, what to take what to wear you really do not have to spend extra on outfits that you would feel you need to buy it gets chilly early morning and night time which i wouldnt have thought about so a cozy fleece or jacket was good advice .Great info. We have travelled around the world and have to say our experience with Ruckshaw travel was exceptional. Thank you
