APRIL showers bring MAY flowers...

We've all heard this rhyme at some point, usually taught at an early age by our parents or teachers. It's a popular thing to say and hear around the springtime. Its origin comes from a collection of writings by Thomas Tusser. He wrote: Sweet April Showers, Do Spring May Flowers.

There is meaning behind the words, as well. "April showers bring May flowers" is a reminder that even the most unpleasant of things, in this case the heavy rains of April, can bring about very enjoyable things indeed - in this case, an abundance of flowers in May. The saying is a lesson in patience, and one that remains valid to this day.

Hi Naz,

We are back from our trip and we are already dreaming we were back in Tanzania. Thank you for everything. We believe that big part of the success of our trip was due to proper planning.

Our thoughts: "... it was our dream trip. We saw glaciers on top of Mount Kilimanjaro, lions and zebras running in the Serengeti, Masaai villages and the paradise island of Zanzibar.

Thanks to Rickshaw we had a very knowledgeable and nice guide during our safari, stayed at beautiful lodges and had no need to worry in any moment of our trip. Tanzania is a wonderful place to visit with very friendly people and an endless variety of landscapes."

Best Regards
Andreina and Juan (Toronto, Canada)

Rickshaw congratulates Andreina and Juan, who got engaged on top of Kilimanjaro.
