RwandAir, the national carrier of Rwanda and Africa's fastest growing airline, will launch direct flights from Kigali to three new destinations. Accra, Douala and Juba will be served from its hub in Kigali during this coming summer.

Ethiopian Airlines and Oman Air enter in to code share agreement Addis Ababa, 2 April 2013: Ethiopian Airlines, the national carrier of Ethiopia, has entered into a codeshare partnership with Oman Air.

THE MEDICAL TOURISM CLIMATE SURVEY 2013

The medical travel sector is seeing solid growth in international patient numbers and expects the momentum to keep building in the months ahead, according to a new survey of 400 clinics, hospitals and medical tourism facilitators in 77 countries.

Sixty percent of respondents to the Medical Tourism Climate Survey 2013 reported growth in international patients during the past 12 months. The survey was conducted in February for the International Medical Travel Journal.

ST. GEORGE'S CHARITY BALL - FOR DOGODOGO CENTRE

The St. George's Ball was held at The Kilimanjaro Hyatt Regency in Dar es Salaam on April 20th to help raise funds for DogoDogo Centre. This centre, over the last 20 years, has been involved in empowering our country's street children. Rickshaw Travels was privileged to co-sponsor the Ball as well as set aside funds for the Centre for their outstanding work with the street children.
