To Rickshaw Travels,
We took a trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar in June 2018 with a group of 16 from Turkey. We thoroughly enjoyed it with the help of Rickshaw Travels, and especially Vivek Prabhakar, who helped us with the organisation of this trip.
Since the moment we started planning the itinerary until the end, Vivek’s support and cooperation made everything so easy for us. He was always handy when I texted on WhatsApp or called him. The hotel choices were great, the drivers were friendly and experienced which is so important if you’re doing a safari. The transfers were well planned. When I look back, I can find no point to complain about. The service was great.
On our last night, before we went to the airport, we had dinner at a restaurant in a nice hotel. At around 10:30pm, a lady came to our table and introduced herself as the representative of Rickshaw Travels and told us she was there to help us if we needed any help or assistance. I just couldn’t believe it because we had our driver and guide with us and had only several hours before we flew back.
On behalf of my friends, I would like to thank Vivek , Deepak and all the others I haven’t met in making this Africa trip an unforgettable one.
