My husband and I used Rickshaw to book a Masai Mara safari in October 2018.

We were really happy with our experience in dealing with Rickshaw, from the initial emails when I inquired about safari options, all the way to getting dropped off at the airport at the end of the trip. Anytime you’re booking with a new company and spending a lot of money, you never know how it’s going to go or what hiccups there may be, but the Rickshaw team exceeded my expectations.

In booking this trip, I dealt with Naz in the Toronto office and I really appreciated that during this whole process she was easily accessible and responded quickly to all of my questions and emails. It made it a lot easier for me and made me feel comfortable in booking with Rickshaw. She was patient in answering all of my questions and she provided several different cost options for different aspects of the trip (like difference in flying to Masai Mara vs. driving).

We also liked how Rickshaw took care of everything. It was a weight lifted knowing that Rickshaw had everything under control from our airport transport to the hotel in Nairobi to the drive to Masai Mara. It was a relief not to have to worry about those things and just sit back and relax.

We would definitely recommend Rickshaw for anyone looking to book a safari based on our great experience!
